To reach this one you'll have to go up to the part of the building show below and then jump onto the pipe on the side of the building. Now once up on the pipe your going to need to take a running start and jump towards the end of the pipe. Now this is where it gets a bit more complicated while jumping when you meet the end pipe you'll need to flip around sort of kicking off the pipe I guess you could say then land on the other roof. This weird little kick off the pipe method is the best way to get up on top of this one. So you just run at the pip jump hit it keep hitting jump and flip around and hopefully you'll reach the top. Once up there you have a nice view and can jump to other parts of the building. Onto #9
