If your looking for a relatively safe spot with a clear view of the PLA main base then this should do the trick. Simple to get to, well protected and has a nice clear view of the helicopter pad as well as the base in general. Just go behind the damn and jump in the water, then you simply swim out to the open areas in the damn and set up camp and pick off your victims. If the commander does spot you the bridge is well protected from artillery and to get to you is a bit of a task even more so if you use your claymores. #2
