Fly over the silos and jump...ahhh...parachute down and land inbetween the silos. You can then jump down to the silo next to the one you landed on, you will lose health but this area is protected from artillery, and you have a clear view of the MEC main base on the 64 player map. Its also near another flag which will give allow squad mates to spawn on you and go take that flag. Great spot.
